Submit items for the newsletters
You may submit material for inclusion in a newsletter via this page.
Email the material to communitywebsites (at) gmail.com, making it very clear to which one of the 18 communities listed at the bottom of this page your submission is aimed. Please don't ask for "All newsletters" - see below.
Please submit as soon as possible as the newsletters are currently not published to a fixed deadline. Submissions of a commercial nature may be asked for a donation towards our costs - click here for details. Publication of items is at the discretion of the Editor.
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently publishing 3 newsletters:
(1) Chalfont St Giles
(2) Amersham/Chesham
(3) Chalfont St Peter/Gerrards Cross/Denham
...........with more to follow later this year.
AND ANOTHER THING: Each newsletter aims to be specific to each community, relating to local events in that area. Please don't therefore ask for items to be published in ALL the newsletters as this is rarely appropriate.
PLUS: each item submitted will only be published ONCE unless there are exceptional reasons to repeat it.
OH, AND THERE'S MORE: We don't do "Urgent requests" as
(believe it or not) each newsletter takes a couple of hours to put
together and then 12-14 hours to send out. (Yes, really that long.)
